Important Guidelines

Items We Cannot Accept

Heavily Damaged

Furniture that is broken, unstable, or has significant structural issues cannot be accepted.

Major Rips & Stains

Items with major rips, tears, prominent stains, mold, or severe pet damage must be declined.

Particle Board

Disassembled particle board furniture or items made primarily of particle board are not accepted.
